Need Advice Regarding Engine Swap

I have a 1990 Suzuki Sedan 1000CC ... Its engine was weak when i purchased it
and now it dont start in the morning and giving hell of smoke when accele pressed hard...

Its overhauling is costing around 23K in RWP...but i think instead of making old guy

young..why not swap the engine...The engine comes in my mind is of Cultus...

as i dont want engine above 1000CC

Pls guide what to do .. also if someone can share the rate of kabli cultus engine

and can it be a clean swap in suzuki sedan (Margalla)
