Need an Engine Please Help

Dear All
I have finally decided to go ahead with the restoration and mod of my Honda Accord 1983. Currently it has a 1300 cc Corolla engine which is underpowered and I want to get it changed. I want help in the following :-
1. Can I change back to an accord engine with all the ECU and is it available. I would prefer something 1998 or above model engine in a good condition.
2. Who is the best option to get it converted from.
3. Will I be better off with a corolla GLI engine 1998 onwards.
4. Who is best for all body work and mods
Suggestions and feed back will be highly appreciated.

P.S. I am currently loacted in islamabad and would prefer someone in Pindi/Islamabae:d

mithu khan (spare part junk yard) for the engines.
accord engine swap would be the best but again who ever swapped it at the first place would have done because spares are expensive
4afe or 1.6 GLI swap will have the advantage, easy available spares and much cheaper. and u would be going for EFI setup with much better performance
