hi all i really need ur help. actually im having cultus 2006 model ff cng. im having problems with its cng. i got my engine tune up for the first time at 1000 km they adjusted the cng but after few days my car started giving jerks on 2nd and 3rd gears and sometimes on 1st also. i again went to them and they again adjusted. few days the car goes ok but then again i was having the same prblem. one of my frnd also bought ff cng cultus i drove his cultus and was much impressed by the pick on a.c and without a.c. i asked him from where he got the cng adjusted he told me to go any cng expert. rite on the next day i went to a cng expert. i explain the problem. wht he did was that he disturb the distributor settings . i said why u did that then he replied that we have to advance the timing for cng adjustment. i said ok he did some adjustment and the car as it was before. i drove the car and then took home. after two hours i again start the car and i was shocked that as soon as i remove my foot from the padel the engine switches off its mean that rpm decreases rapidly. i again took to him and he acused me that he is unable to do the adjustment. i then took to one another mechanic and told him that as it is eid days so pls adjust ma car so that it can work in eid days after eid ill take it to showroom and will get the adjustment done. he did some adjustment but of no vain.if i switch on a.c then car goes ok that is its rpm maintain at 1100 at a.c and while a.c trips its rpm remain at 900. so guys i want ur help. tell me a good cng mechanic who is able to do the computerised adjusment. today i went to the showroom for the adjustment but no mechanics were there. so pls i need ur help. help me out.thanks

Hello!
the only thing you do wrong is take car to any CNG mechanic......i will not suggest to mess up with setting or timings or Mixture until or unless it was making much troubles...!
jerking is caused due to weak current supply or mixture is not burning properly.....!
advancing timing on CNG is needed but u have to adjust mixture 1st....!
reduce plug gaps to 0.6mm.........! thats needed on CNG
Clean air filter weekly...!
there must be something wrong with it.....!
now take it to Suzuki 3S for tuneup...and to some goodone bcz its no surety that you will enjoy drive after it cameup from tuneup...sometimes....it more worse than before...!
