Need help !!!!!!!!!!

AOA to all

I have to discuss some propblems to all of you and need your help.

I have 1997 model corolla japan model 1331 cc automatic (3 speed)

My problems:-

1) in neutral position when i apply brakes or when i turn on the headlights a sound comes form the hood like vibration. some body told me that its the problem of battery so i have changed the battery i installed 65amp AGS battery but facing the same problem

2) when i give some acceleration to my car i feel little jerks in the car i feel like its missing. for this purpose i have changed the plugs but facing the same problem

3) when i drive my car it goes only at 130 km/h not more than that

kindly tel me what i have to do with it
i want to get it tunned also so do tel me also about good person who can tune it........

regarding the missing problem,have u cleaned ur airfilter?which plugs are u using?when did u get ur car last tuned?
regarding the headlight problem get u alternator(generator) cheked.have u checked ur plug wires? are they fine?
