Need help about Trailblazer

hey guyz
i wanna ask a few things about trailblazer
1) when in park my tb doesnt go above 3000 rpm..i think its an rpm limiter ...should i remove it or not??
2) should i remover CAt or not??bcoz here we get goo feul...and i have read somewhere that by removing CAt the car can gain extra 10 15 hp??is it true?

3) can any1 tell me the 0-60 time of
2006 trailblazer EXt V6 engine 4.3 vortec

last but not the least

is this car good for offroad

need some info for this
