Need Help for Toyota Belta Tyres

I have a Toyota Belta 1000CC which I purchased 4 months ago. The drive and quality of the car is good. But there is a problem in the car that whenever 3 o r 4 people are sitting in the car with nothing in the trunk car hits the road especially on speed breakers. This is a serious issue for me i want suggestions for the following questions so that i did not lose much comfort and fuel millage but my problem is also resolved?
1 Should i go for R15 and which one 195 o r 175. Currently I think R14 tyres are installed.
2 Are General tyres are good for Toyota Belta and which one?
3 If not general tyres than what other tyres i can installed and what are their price ranges
