Need help regarding BOV

guyz i want to know that can BOV can fit on diesel turbo or they are just make for petrol ones.if yes than what will its cost or what is the function of bov in engine.

dekho baat yeh hai diesel turbo aur petrol turbo mein thora farq hota hai...diesel turbo cars dont need BOVs unless ur producing very high amounts of boost...but if u still want to go for it and fit the BOV in ur car it will affect the acceleration cuz a diesel turbo needs all the air the turbo can provide and with a BOV in itll be difficult to maintain pressure as you change gears your car will become slower n slower and i mean really slow. BOV araam say 3-4k ka miljata hai used. Im guessing you want it for the BOV sound? if you really want the sound theres a lot of dump valve simulators available on ebay n stuff try n get ur hands on that...im here if you need any more clarification(Y)

BOV is also called a dump valve...what i was recommending was the dump valve simulator...its an electronic device which makes a BOV/dump valve sound...i think some sabre company makes em...google it im sure u can find one...(Y)
