Need some help on D series enginen

I have a d15b3 in my car,, i want to turn it into 3 stage vtec motor az d15b or smewhere also cald d15z7.. do i have 2 chnge the whle engn wth the block or just the head? If jst the head i have 2 change , what about the pistons,, shall i chng thm 2.
I want 2 get strtd ovr this work soon, so i need sme assistnc in this.

It is possible to swap your engine's head with a 3stage Vtec one..... but I won't recommend you that. I have seen 6 such swaps. only 2 were successfully reliable!!!
