Need Technical help Anyone!!!!

I have got a 95 civic and i have got a problem with the engine temperature. on long routes my civic heats up if i try to go above 110kph or 120kph obviously in the 5th gear. If i stay around 80 then it does not heat up even if i have ac on and am running on cng ro whatever. Even within city driving since u cant go too fast anyway its always fine no issues even with ac on cng. its only on long routes that if u go above 110kph that it heats up very quickly.
I have already checked my radiator out its all fine no leakage i have got it cleaned from inside as well so no blockage. there was a little issue with the cap of the radiator i got that changed as well but still the problem persists. i even got the attached little water bottle with the radiator changed as well thinking the cap of it might be leaking steam or something at slightly higher temp thus making it heatupeven more but even that didnt make any difference.
In short i have run out of ideas myself as to what can be wrong here so please anyone if you know something about an issue like this then please do let me know. cng or petrol does not make any difference even if i keep my car on petrol it still heats up if i go above 110kph on long routes but within city even if u keep on driving it all day long with ac on cng it never ever gives u a problem.
any help will be much appreciated here............

The problem may not be with the cooling system, but with your fueling system. It seems that your engine is running too lean at higher revs. At this engine speed, a lean fuel mixture lends to overheating and can be catastrophic for the engine. Maybe the CNG flow is too little in an effort to increase economy. Given the fact that timing is usually advanced on CNG this also leads to hotter combustion temperatures in the engine.

Just try getting the CNG adjusted or better if you get your car tuned properly on petrol and try a run on petrol, as well as CNG and compare results.

Cheers
