salam to all memebers,

I want ur help to adjust my Integra..suspension to gain a hisgh speed,, as i have Vtec under da hood... but car does not give me top speed... im going 2 set its suspension and thinking about lowering the car frm the front side to minimize the friction..but i dont have idea how much I lower the car...help me to adjust it and tell me da goods shops arount gulshan or johur....to adjust them and a aprox. estimate too thnx
