New Car Delivery Checkups

I Just got My Car Delivered at the Show Room. Its White Cultus, VXR AC CNG.I will Pick up the car within few days As I am In Islamabad and Car is in Peshawar. Went Their Yesterday but every thing is closed till Sunday..
Just wanted to ask, What Items should I Check ..

Plus Recommendation for tires.. Is it worthy to spend Bulks Over Pirelli Tyres?
How Much Difference Would I have to Pay In Case Of Replacing them? Both Alloys and Tyres..
I have kept in mind difference of 10k.. Could You Guys Guide Me..

look for the seals and all no leakages, no sound affects while driving, check all lights are working or not, chk if the car is started on the first self, and drive ur car on petrol while comming to home way, also chk if rpms are stable....
and offcourse the paper work.... see ur name is printed correctly, nic is fine and rest the books are given and papers too.
