NEW CAR PROBLEM

Can any one tell me if the new car any new car example corolla 09 city 09 or civic 09 is sound proof meaning will i hear out side noise of rickshaw or bike ?

i have a corolla 09 i felt i hear more sound then normal of out side noises i was hoping it would be soundless.

i checked with the dealership they said it's normal soundnothing to worry.

but i feel 19/20 you know.....

any one else having the same problem in any new car?

Cars are not "SoundPROOF" correct me if im wrong!

ok just consider the horn, if the cars are soundproof how on earth will you hear the horn of other people's car ??
