New City Dosent Pick in 2nd gear

I bought a new city a few weeks back. The day I bought it I had a sound system installed. Its a pioneer 3050ub with 4x JBL components and 11 pound woofer. The car dosent seem to pick in 2nd gear and the rpm drops below one when idling with the ac and deck on. It works fine at times but at times i feel like the engine isnt getting any fuel or that something is dragging on 2nd gear. If i pop the clutch again it works fine. It lags in pick as well in 1st gear at times and the engine knocks as if im not giving enough race.

Can someone help me identify the problem, so I can explain it clearly to the dealer and he dosent say k the car is like this only.

Please help asap, as I dont want to ruin my new cars engine. Ive already driven it for 1000km.

your car in warranty den no worry just drop your car tommorw at honda showroom they will inspect whole car and let you know the details as well as they will fix the problem
