New City Registration Plate Box

I was wondering if anyone knew where one can buy box that fits on the front of the new city on top of which you install the plate. It was originally in the city when it was expensive ie 880 - but once they lower the price, the box went away from front bumper. This course is available in the new Civic and 2004 + models of the Civic.

You can get this number plate garnish from Honda dealership.
I got Depo fog lights for 5000. the 3000 one fades and gets yellow also its chrome peals off after some time.
