New Rules in import?

Hi all,

i am a singapore exporter for used cars, we run a live online auction for used cars, we export to many countries however due to the past rules in Pakistan it was difficult to move in, however with the new rules we would like to provide cars to pakistani car dealers, we have a large stock list, however our problem is that we don''te quite understand the new regulations.

i hope to clear it through the forum,
1. Local pakistanis can import used cars? at what tax?
2. overseas pakistanis can import used cars? at what tax?
3. Difference of taxes between old and used cars?
4. difference of taxes between the different CCs of the cars, age?
5. what kind of cars do pakistanis like to buy? japanese? continental? specific brands?

i hope someone can provide information like this to help me out.
