Nissan Dayz Roox Gas Kit/ Engine Problems

So, I got this Nissan Dayz Roox 2015 model a couple of months ago. Now, my car is giving me this hot sign, you know? I took it to my mechanic, and he told me that the gas kit is busted. Do you know any good mechanics who can handle Nissan Dayz cars?

Also, if you have any recommendations for where I can find a gas kit o r even an engine, that would be awesome! Got any links o r anything? Thanks!
