Noise

hi dear brothers

yesterday i was driving my 1.6gli and i noticed that engine is making noise both on cng and petrol at 120kph (like diesel engine) before that it was not there

i have checked the exhaust it is ok
also before this noise i have changed the air filter and spark plugs

so why then it is making noise
