Hi guys! I was surfing on internet and looking at the specs of Chevy Corvette Z06 and the Caddi XLR-V. I came to know that Corvette's engine is bigger and has more horsepower than the XLR-V. But the mileage on the Corvette is better than that on the XLR-V. I also noticed both cars have V8s but Corvette has 16 valves while the XLR-V has 32. I would like to ask you guys, does the number of valves matter affect the mileage. Yes or No. In both cases, what other things do vavles affect. Like speed, performance, whatever. Let me know all the things in a car that are affected by number of valves.

the more valves....the more airfuel mixture can entre the engine...so more power can be made...!!!

city has 8valves so its accelerating is slow,corolla nd liana hav 16valves so they r more responsive...
