Oil Change Suggestion

I need to get an oil change in my prosmatec exi, no cng, so would like to know which oil is good for my car. I've tried the genuine honda oil provided by the honda guy, and now would like to try something different..

Your suggestions would be welcomed...thanx...

P.S. If someone could tell me of a good workshop for tuning my car i.e. air filter cleaning in ISB/RWP.
