OIL Drainage Nut / Valve Leakage Problem! Help!

OIL Drainage Nut / Valve Leakage Problem! Help!

Dear Friends!

Had an experience of changing engine oil for Civic VTI 2002.

As soon as I reached home found oil on the floor (which showed a leak)

Went back to the shop where oil was changed but it was closed, so had to go to a SHELL oil changing service to the near petrol pump.

The guy said that the engine oil drainage NUT had been "SLIPPED" by the earlier guy who had changed the oil.

Now there is a constant but little oil leakage.

Kindly give me the solution to this problem.....How to stop the leak?

If a new nut is used it cure the problem or is it a very serious problem??

Kindly reply soon.

Thanks

Pray that it is not a slip nut otherwise you may need to take the chamber out and get it done by some kharadia. I hope its not a slipped nut and you just need a leather washel around the nut (I am not too sure if i spelled it right). This washel is easy to find at any automobile parts shop.
