Oil in C.N.G Cylinder

dear members .
i wanted to know what are the symptons of oil in cng cylinder . I know spectra performed a similar task a few months back . Spectra can you help me in this regard ??

there is a nut under the reducer kit to drain oil.
if there is to much oil accumulating in the reducer kit in short period of time it means the cylinder has oil in it.
another thing, if the cylinder has to much oil the amount of gas filled at stations would be reduced
