Original ABS systen in xli? cost and possibility

hello after concluding that
1) the xli has poor brakes
2) it can be solved by installing good quality large size tires

i want to ask or u can say suggest that why shoudn't we think about installing ABS system brakes of original quality . and also tell us that is it possible?
