because when it came it was said that this car has parts problem .. if u r ready to keep it for a long time ... then its a good car .. plus parts are no problem now (i think) ... at this price u can never get these feaures in a car ..
reg mean although he has spent handsome amount of money on regesteration .. that is a local used car too .. looking on roads conditions here . i think go for unreg car .. but check everything in car first , because its a used car ..
