Pakistan tour with family in Toyota aqua

I am planning to go to the northern areas to visit the Naran, Hunza and Skardu this summer on summer vacations. I will go with my family and we are 3 family members. I have an S Grade 2013 model Toyota Aqua. My car has lot of issues regarding the ground clearance in Karachi. Kindly tell me what kinds of modifications should I make to my car? should I change my tire to bigger ones o r all terrain tyres o r let the tire remain stock should I change my shock o r add spacers for increasing ground clearance o r any kind of special tuning that I will have to do? Kindly give me suggestions and opinions to fix the issue of ground clearance of my car for a safe trip to northern areas.
