Performance Headers for VTI 96 onwards

Original configuration of the exhaust pipes are 4 X 2 X 1. There are 2 sorts of headers available, same 4 X 2 X 1 , or 4 X 1 . The question is which one will be better performace wise? Price for 4X2X1 is rup 8000, 4X1 is for 6500.
Which one is better? Anyone using headers in VTI ?

I had headers on my last civic (96 VTi) and it had the 4-2-1 comfiguration (in fact it still does). 4-1 isn't as good, (bad flow) no matter what anyone tells you.
