Pleas help me

hi guys!
i got i new sound system in my new altis with stock pioneer p5000 headunit & new components are
1.pair of kenwood 718 speakers
2.sony explod 1300 watts woofer
3.pioneer 4ch amp
in begining every thing was right but now a days a sharp tone along with a continous sound like ''tik tik '' comes when i start the engine and varies directly with acceleration.what is the problem and what should i do !this sound does not come frm stock speakers.
