Plug nd head problem

Hello to all

My problem is that the threads car engine head in which spark plugs are fit become loose and I m unable to fit a plug in it. The mechanic tried a plug adaptar in it but he failed. Now the mechanic said that the only solutyion is to emove the valve head and take it to leath machine wala he will put some silver in it and then make new threads. pease guide me wat can i do.

Don't try to run ur car without plug because dirt may be entered into combustion chamber causing sever damage to engine, and it is not necessary to change oil or oil filter during head removal and installation process.
