Plz guide, i want my cultus VXR 2 b made powered

i want my cultus VXR 2 b made full powered i.e power steering, windows, HID kit, rims, i wanted 2 knw tht is there is any fault or any problem in making a normal car to a full powered, i mean if i make my car powered, then i can drive it lik the normal one na coz i heard tht while making power steering, it has 2 b open the steering box n etc, n frm where shall i make it powered in KARACHI, plz also guide me in buying HID kit, also tell me is there is any restriction by police on HID kits, thanx a lot

hmm nice questions
You can do all things u mention
u can drive ur car with hid in city
but on highway its restricted
and 15 to 20 thousand takes power window
and 10 thousand power steering
and other things all cheap
go to tariq road there will a boy name asim like short in hieght and 20 years
he wil lhelp you
and i don't remember the shop name
And aslo buy crstal headlight that would be good with hid
my car VXR i did power window and center looking . thats are great working
