Plz help me to choose an engine

Frndz I wanna change my car's engine its 86 corolla. I wanna change this wid any good EFi engine to get power wid economy(CNG)Wat engine will b the best, plz advise me. n how much it will cost?

Ideally i would recommend the 2E-E. An efi version of the one you already have. The runner up would be the 4E-FE, 4A-FE, 4A-GE. These would fi into your bay with minimum refitting and don't upset the car as well. The 4A-FE was going for roughly 25,000 (Engine & gearbox) but you'll have to check cuz it was just a "passing by" quote. A friend of mine has a 4A-GE and i think even a GZE(supercharged) but i'll have to check. You can alternativly check yourself. The 4A-GE would be the expensive on. But for a family car, go for a 2E-E, if you can find it.
