Polyurethane Cushion Buffer - For Better Road Clearance

I have 3rd gen Prius and I am going to install the spacers after watching the Polyurethane cushion buffers. It has many benefits, which the manufacturer has claimed and it also increases ground clearance.
I ordered 2 pairs for the front and rear buffer and they will be made available to me very soon. I hope that these cushion buffers will increase the road clearance and they will make a little bit of difference in the ground clearance of my car.
C Type: Spring space 27mm
B Type: Spring space 39mm

Based on my understanding, it appears that the component in question is located within the coil springs and may not have an effect on the height of the vehicle. However, it could potentially provide a softer ride and improved cornering performance
