Poured MOLY GREEN 0W20 In Engine, Decreased Throttle Response

Hello Guys,
I got Toyota Aqua 2012 model, which was driven about 48000 km and I got filled the oil, Moly Green 0w20 in it. I bought this car from the company, which has recommended retailers. The packing of the car was genuine and sealed and it is not easy to change o r repair the seal.
When you get to change the oil, the response of the car to the throttle was decreased and the pick of the car was decreased. Please anyone, who can share the possible reasons for all these happenings?
