Power Steering Noise

Power Steering Noise

My Santro Executive 04, gives a grinding noise when it is turned left in station condition or in forward condition. Sound is very low but plz reply what can be the causes of this sound. Power Steering Oil is on its level.
And do tell me that power steering oil is changeable after a certain mileage.

no need to change the power steering fulid just check the power assembly that is there any leakage or not.
and there is very low noise always come from the power steering orignally no need to worry in that case also check that steering is hard or not.
