Price Check for Rims and Tyres

I want to get the rims and tyres of my Civic EXi 2005 changed.
Presently, i have 14 inches Alloy Rims in it with Yokohama Aspec A300 Tyres(195/65/R14).
As the tyres have done around 45000 kms, so i want to get the tyres changed. Now i also want to have 15 inches rims in it. So can anyone tell me that what will be the price of new 15 inches(or used one of VTI)?
Also which tyres i should get with that(personally i want to go for Dunlop or Bridgestone)
