Prius 1.8 2010 ABS Motor Noise Problem

I purchased Prius few days earlier and when I was driving the car, I felt that the ABS is not working properly. When I contacted with the mechanics, they advised me that the ABS unit is required replacement. I did it and ABS started working properly. But after every three brake paddles, I felt the particular noise and it irritates me. I am confused what should I do, please help me to get solved my issue.
