Prius 2012 Fuel Economy

Salam members.
I bought Prius 2012 model recently, which is 1800 cc and it has a mileage of 121000 km. the oil and oil filter of the car was changed by Toyota Motors.
I traveled from Faisalabad to Lahore and I covered about 200 km, and this car gave a fuel average of 20 km/l on the meter, which seems good.
I am asking some questions, which are:
1. Is it correct, which I need to expect? i.e 20/L on Motorway without AC.
2. If it is better as people claim more 24/L. What can be the issue with its mileage?
3. Best mechanics in Lahore/FSD for Prius?
