Prius Confusing Error Codes

I bought the Prius 2007 but the battery got faulty so I got the battery of my car reconditioned with the replacement off the faulty cells. On the city drive, it charges up to six bars and discharges up to two bars. When I drive the car on the long routes, the battery charges up to seven o r eight bars but it give the sudden error.

Go get your car scanner because without the actual error code it is not possible to know what is the actual problem
