Prius Coolant Change

Hello, members,
I have Prius 3rd generation and I want to know the normal coolant level, which is now below the low line. It is necessary to change the coolant after covering some kilometers.

The coolant should not be this low, top it up to the high mark and check to see if it loses coolant o r not. Yes, coolant must be changed if it is a long-lasting coolant it must be changed after 150k kilometers. This is all mentioned on the coolant bottle you purchase from Toyota.
