Prius Engine Noise

Salam, guys,
There is an issue with my 2014 Prius as when I start the car in the morning, the engine of my car gives high sounds, which becomes normal after few seconds. When I drive the car, the engine makes little bit noise, when it is shifted from battery to engine. I want to know the problem.
The car shifts to the battery mode, when I lift the foot from gas pedal at the time of driving the car by pulling high octane.

Are you sure that the sound is coming from the engine? Brake booster pump usually makes noise at startup which is completely normal.
