Prius - Headlight Switch Broken

Hello,
I have an issue with my car, which is the headlight switch of my 3rd Gen Prius is broken.
The outer nob is twisted to turn lights on, is also broken and the lights of the car would not turn on but I did all of the things but it does not work. Only the dipper is working, then pull the whole switch backward
Would be grateful if any of you could guide me as to how to solve this issue o r guide me to a reliable mechanic in Karachi, who could fix this problem for me.
