Prius PHV 2018 Charging at Home

I bought a new car from Japan, which is Toyota PHV 2018 model. Please tell me can I charge the vehicle with supplied cable at home. As this car has the issue of 220 volts in Pakistan and 100 volts in Japan. Can anyone share his experience with me about this aspect?

SImple Step Down Transformer from 220 to 110 VAC which can handle upto 3500 Volts should do it
