Problem, Car Shutt Off on Petrol, fine on CNG

My Khyber (Swift) shut off when I take my foot off Accelerator paddle.
Also doesn't start on Petrol (Dhakka), remains start till paddle pressed.
Shut off even when car running on road, but if I press paddle then starts again.

Seems less petrol passing carburetor or no petrol.

on CNG works fine, start ok and no shut off.

RPM not known, no meter etc.. it's 90 model

Air not blocked much, one or two roles of tape, rest open. Mechanic saying Carburetor needs service the JET would be caught by dirt.

one more thing, I listened from one guy he was saying he used Corolla 88 jet in Mehran for better performance,, ???
