Problem; hand brake light alwayz ON

hi
yesterday i hav noticed that my brake light does go off, even if the handbrake is not applied in ... it was after I drove the car for five minutes on the road and it was ok den .. but again when I started the car again in the night I was not going away and I drove the car back if it's still on .. can any1 tell WOTS the problem?

It is a problem in factory installed (due to poor construction quality and cheap materials used)

your brake light switch cleaned and lubricated so it is probably dry. worst replaced.
