Problem In Alto's Tape

ASSLAM-O-ALAIKUM guys! well i hav company fitted tape in ma car! the prob which i m facing is this when i try to play a cassete no sound comes from speakers but when i switch to fm than speakers work properly it shows that speakers r working fine but when i push PLAY button for CASSATE than no sound! wats the prob?? can u guys help me out!
one thing i wana mention is this that THE MOVEMENT OF CASSETE REEL can be heard (means cassete's reel is working fine also)

so wats the prob help me guys!

either da cassete reel is not moving or da belt is broken.Take it 2 da mechanic and ask him to replace the belt.It'll cost u rs.10 and ur player will b alright:p
