PROBLEM ON PETROL!

i have corolla gli.it runnig perfect on cng but there is a problem on petrol.when i start the car on petrol in morning when i push the accelerator the car missing.this problem is not in morning but sometime else.plz tell me expert guys whats problem is there.someone tells me there is a computer problem.
