~ Problem That Needs Your Advice~

Fellows,

My Cassette Player of Pioneer (DEH) is not working.
I have checked it through an audio cassette maker.

He said to me that its "System IC" has gone faulty, and i need to change either that IC or whole main board.

Any advices for solution that :
1) From where can i get that IC or Board in KHI Market ?
2) Plz guess for the price of that IC / Board ?
