Problem with car

hello all,
the problem with my car is that sometimes when i convert my car to petrol from CNG and then when i turn it off,it starts to vibrate, sometimes even ALOT!! like the car is off i even takeout the key and it is still vibrating what can be the cause for this?PLZ advice me on this problem

secondly is it normal for the needle to be in the middle of the hot and cold sign and sometimes go even more further up?

Petrol to CNG Takes time cus the petrol is in quantity in Carborator !
