Problem with car while turning

I am facing an interesting problem with my car. That is when I turn my car towards right or going up-hill roads, the fuel supply seems to be cut off and after the turning is complete, it is resumed. It already have checked the following:

1. Fuel pump (replaced two of them) and fuel line for any leakage
2. Half Filled Tank
3. All sensors TPS, CTS, MAP, O2, Fuel injectors, IAC Valve, their Harnesses and ECM
4. Wiring for any short circuits
5. Fuel line clearance (offcourse from steering box and other related stuff)
6. Fuel pump height is also "OK" + connector

There is no problem in accleration/fuel supply while going straigth or turning left or going down-hill roads.

On CNG the car is all "OK"... (since no involvement of Fuel injection system)

remove the fuel line from the injector housing/ under the airfilter its a metal pipe (u must know bout ) run the fuel pump directly - u can do so by connecting the positive wire of the battery to a red wire with a terminal above the gear box area it is the only wire in that area which is openly accessable look at thw fuel flow it must not have any air bubbles and the flow should have a decent pressure

dont run the pump too long this way 30 sec at a time

u would need a container to collect the fuel

have u chnaged the fuel filter?

u would get a similar condition if the the engine is taking additional air from a leak or a vaccum is lost when u r turning from leaking pipe
