Problem with Gears

i have alto vxr 2004,27000 km single handed driven,
i was experiencing some sound from gears(mechanic call it echo "gunj" in urdu ),when i drive my car in slow speed , and clutch is not pressed ,like it comes in most of old taxis and cabs,my mecahnic changed gear oil,and added some CL oil ,it did not help,
now i face stucking gears specaily when i put 1st or second gears from 3rd or 4th plz tell me how to get it fixed.
