Problem with Honda Civic 2002 VTI Pros
Problem with Honda Civic 2002 VTI Pros
AoA all,
I bought this car 5 months back. It was running very well until last month when it started to have heating problems. I have serviced the radiator two times, not good! It was actually a lot of water from the radiator through a lot of bubbles. My mechanic told me it could be related to a blown gasket. So I had him open up the engine. The gasket was blown Plus, my worst nightmare ... motor head the outside edges were worn and rusted
I had him head to resolve by using Magic Depoxi. But even that is not the problem, my radiator would still lose a lot of water. I have completely stopped using the AC days now, (think of the warm weather!).
So I just need your honest expert advice on what to do or what is the best solution? I have the following in mind:
1. Sold it with / without fixed the problem / li
2. Let the engine set by the head latthe machine (which would solve the problem, and I could put on AC?) / Li
Even if I fixed as I mentioned above, how long lasting, such a solution would be? I've already invested in obtaining fixed the issue, but have just lost a lot of money!
Thank you very much! waiting for your suggestions. Need help

Bro first of all i suggest to visit any Honda Dealer and see what they say/diagnose?
Secondly i doubt your car engine may had a heat up which damaged the head Gaskit.
You have not mentioned engine temprature indicator level? thirdly fan speed can be one of the problem.
Please also check temperature sensor of the radiator.
lastly u asked about fixing the problem by lathe machine yes this is the best solution of your problem and definetly its long lasting. there is no issue with that.
