Problem with my front hid LIght

Asalamolkaum! brothers hope u all r fine ...i have problem with my front LIght of my car ONE SIDE hID IS NT working ..andf that side yeloow bulb is working ...TELL ME WHAT is the problem what u think ...

there is contoler on both sides of light ...written on that

I norm 3.5A

fromyour descriptin it seems that your ballast is dead or dying or that it is not recieving the correct voltage, ideally you should take it to the place you bought it from or any good accesories shop and they'll check it for you.
